Fall Career Expo

Registration fees: $400 per table | government & non-profit fee: $200 per table

Recruit students from all majors for career, co-op, and internship positions. An opportunity to network with students. Students from all majors and all levels as well as alumni are invited to attend.


Registration Fee

The Career Expo registration fee is $400 per table | government & non-profit fee: $200 per table. Basic registration fee includes:

  • One 6-foot rectangular table with linen
  • Registration for three representatives
  • Dinner
  • On-campus parking
  • Electrical outlet (please bring own extension cords)
  • Signs should be free-standing or table-mounted

Optional Fees

Extra table (additional tables are approved based on space availability) - $150 per table.  *Please note that any registrations submitted after September 8, 2016 are not guaranteed publicity in event advertising and collateral.

Career Expo Agenda

10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Check-in, display set-up (if registered for lunch presentation)

11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Lehigh Presentation Lunch

  • President John Simon and Provost Patrick V. Farrell will lead a discussion with key university faculty to discuss the unique and varied academic programming that is preparing Lehigh students for the 21st century workforce. (Space is limited)

12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Check-in, display set-up (if not registered for lunch presentation)

1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Graduate Students & Lehigh Athlete Sneak Preview

  • Get special, early access to meet with some of Lehigh’s best and brightest students and leaders.

3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Open Networking

  • Engage with students from all majors interested in internships, co-ops and full time opportunities. 

Request for Interview Rooms after the Career Fair

If you choose to interview the day after the career fair, you may reserve a private interview room. All reservations requested are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be requested by contacting Marcia McKay, Recruiting Coordinator (
